Yes, and it's in the form of these three ingredient pancakes.
No added sugar (if you don't add chocolate like I did) and they take less than 5 minutes to make.
You'll need a blender or a food processor for this recipe
Ingredients:
150g oats
2 very ripe bananas
200ml, soy, rice or almond milk
Handful of plain or dark Chocolate chips if you want to add them
Blend your oats first so they're nice and crumbly.
Add bananas and milk and blend til combined.
Spoon your batter into a greased frying pan, over medium heat.
If you're adding chocolate chips now is the time!
Cook pancakes for 40 seconds on each side and serve warm with dairy-free ice cream
