Fluffy and light with a lovely crust, it's superb and hasn't failed me yet.
Ingredients:
300ml warm water
525g strong white bread flour
8g white sugar
13g salt
45g soft dairy free butter (Vitalite is great for this)
7g (one standard sachet) fast action easy bake yeast
Add water to bread tin first, followed by the flour, make sure the flour completely covers the water so it doesn't wet your other ingredients.
Put the salt and yeast in opposite corners to each other, and the butter and sugar in the remaining corners.
Run on normal white bread setting.
When cooking is finished, leave in the machine for an extra 10 minutes.
